Timothy Roberts teams up with Yonnick Adolf and DiSi Holder for first collaboration

Guyanese Gospel Artist, Timothy Roberts has announced his first collaboration, partnering with countrymen Yonnick Adolf and DiSi Holder for a new single titled “Presence.”

This collaboration represents an important step in Roberts’ musical journey as he works toward his upcoming album. He’s made the conscious decision to work exclusively with Guyanese artists and production talent, creating what promises to be an authentic spiritual work with deep local roots.

Roberts explains that the partnership formed through spiritual guidance. “I chose Yonnick and DiSi because when I prayed about the project, my spirit directed me to them,” he shared. “Also, for what I wanted to achieve with the production in terms of sound, their voices and style of singing is the ideal pick for the genre of music.”

The new single explores themes of divine transformation, focusing on how connection with God can reshape lives and develop character. This message resonates with all three artists, each bringing their distinct vocal approach to the project.

What makes this release particularly significant is its all-Guyanese production credentials. Jeremy Vantul produced the track, while Adrian Johnson of AJRecord Studio handled recording, mixing, and mastering duties. This collaboration highlights the growing capabilities within Guyana’s music production community.

For Roberts, the decision to collaborate was multifaceted. “I chose to do a collab because I never did a collaboration before, and I also saw it as an opportunity, being an ambassador of Christ, to promote unity and love using my platform,” he noted.

Beyond the music itself, Roberts hopes listeners will take away meaningful messages about spiritual dependence and collaboration. “I want fans to understand that you’re nothing without God,” he reflected. “Also, unity is strength, and when we can work together as one, so much more can be achieved.”

As Roberts continues developing material for his album, “Presence” signals a new direction in his approach to music ministry. By embracing collaboration, he’s expanding his creative horizons while strengthening connections within Guyana’s gospel community.

Gospel music enthusiasts can expect “Presence” to be available on major streaming platforms in August 2025.
