Having a passion for helping people and bringing joy to their lives, Melissa Zoisa Harry-London turned her cooking skills into a thriving business – Melz Delight.
Living true to her slogan “Delight in every bite”, Mel (as she is most commonly known), is the Mistress of all your catering needs, for any and every occasion.
The love for the kitchen started brewing way back when this 34-year-old wife and mother of two, was just 16-years-old. She especially loved her grandmother’s baking while growing up, that she would often dream of owning her own restaurant one day.
In 2019, Mel hit a point of frustration after not being able to secure a job. But instead of being daunted by her frustration, she was motivated and with the support of her husband, she was convinced that it was finally time to turn her passion into purpose, and her purpose into a thriving business.
“Not every woman who has been succeeding has been doing it alone,” Mel said. As she had the support of her family, especially her husband, whom she said is her backbone in all she sets out to do.
